A notary is available on-site. **Do not sign until in the presence of a Notary**
- All skaters must have a signed liability waiver on file with TnT Skate Park. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver in the presence of a TnT Skate Park notary or any other notary public. 18+ Valid ID Required.
- Protective gear must be worn at all times in the participation area(s). At a minimum, participants must wear a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads. Any participant not wearing the required safety gear has done so at his/her own discretion.
- Exercise common sense and courtesy to others. All skaters are responsible for avoiding and preventing collisions. Know and skate within your abilities.
- ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Be alert. Flying skateboards and skaters are not uncommon.
- If you are 8 years old or younger you must be accompanied by your parent/legal guardian AT ALL TIMES.
- Drugs and Alcohol products are prohibited. OF AGE Tobacco product use is allowed ONLY in designated areas.
- Fighting, profanity or any other disruptive behavior is prohibited. TnT Skate Park reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time or to eject anyone from the premises for any reason at any time.
- No food, drink, or chewing gum may be brought into the skating area.
- Personal belongings such as gear and clothing not in use must be stored away from the skate area. Lockers are available in park for skaters to use. Bring your own lock! At closing, all locks left on lockers will be cut off and disposed of. TnT Skatepark not responsible for personal items.
- Spectators must observe from inside the observation room for safety. No one is allowed on the skate area that is not participating in skating. All skaters must check-in with cashier prior to entering skate area. Filming is allowed, with prior approval from management, as long as it does not interfere with skaters.
- No waxing is allowed. Please notify staff if there are any problems.
- We reserve the right to search any bags brought into the park.
